County & State licensed commercial kitchen for rent by the hour in San Diego. Good for small retail or wholesale food businesses that are trying to keep overhead expenses low during the start-up phase and only require part-time use. The facility was completed in 2006, and has all the standard equipment: UL300 hood system, convection ovens, commercial stoves, refrigerators, freezers, storage shelves, and work tables. If interested, please respond with the type of business you have and the days/times you would like to use the kitchen. Please no bakers or caterers.

Hi,
My friends and I are in the start up phase of a food processing company. We are looking for a commercial kitchen to use a few hours a week. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday mornings or anytime on Sunday would work best, but our schedules are flexible. How much do you charge?

Hello there, I am in the market for a commercial kitchen for evening catering uses (from 4 PM to 7:30 ish) on week nights (hopefully 3-4 nights). What is the hourly rate or monthly rent for a as needed basis rental?
