Dear People-Eclectic Cookery has been renting commercial kitchens in San Francisco since 1984. We have 3 facilities, and are beginning planning for a new one. We’re researching other operations to see what others are doing, looking for ideas, etc., and will exchange info if desired. Please send us whatever it is you can (this link doesn’t have much indication of what it links to?!).
