The UAF Cooperative Extension Service has recently opened our research test kitchen for use by small producers to access a DEC certified commercial kitchen.

Open 7 days per week from 7am to 10pm
Cost $20.00 per hour

500 square feet of working space, 2 commercial ovens with range, hand-washing sink, prep sink and three compartment sink. Commercial refrigerator and freezer and plenty of workspace.
