We’re a nonprofit business incubator home to over 50 food entrepreneurs, provide 24 hour access, comprehensive training on regulator & business issues, and have a great community of entrepreneurs. The UAF Cooperative Extension Service has recently opened our research test kitchen for use by small producers to access a DEC certified commercial kitchen.
